合同会社synasta（以下「当社」）は、当社が運営・関与するイベント及びサービス（MATRICARIA、ONDO LAND 等を含みますが、これに限られません）における個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり本ポリシーを定めます。

Operating events and services (including winner notifications, prize shipping and identity verification); responding to inquiries; sending information about our events and services; improving our services and analyzing usage; complying with laws and regulations.
当社は、お客様の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産の保護に必要な場合、公衆衛生・児童の健全育成に特に必要な場合、国の機関等への協力が必要な場合を除きます。
We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law, necessary to protect life, body or property, particularly necessary for public health or the sound upbringing of children, or where cooperation with public authorities is required.
利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、以下に委託することがあります（適切に監督します）：LINEヤフー株式会社（LINE公式アカウント基盤）／Google LLC（Google Workspace 等）／Vercel Inc.（ホスティング）／GitHub, Inc.（ソースコード管理）／物流業者 ほか。
We may outsource processing within the necessary scope, under appropriate supervision: LINE Yahoo Corp. (LINE Official Account), Google LLC (Google Workspace, etc.), Vercel Inc. (hosting), GitHub, Inc. (source code), logistics providers, and others.
上記委託に関連し、アメリカ合衆国（Google LLC、Vercel Inc.、GitHub, Inc. 等）へ個人情報を移転することがあります。各事業者は当該国の制度のもと適切な安全管理措置を講じています。
In relation to the above, personal information may be transferred to the United States (Google LLC, Vercel Inc., GitHub, Inc.). These providers maintain appropriate safeguards under the relevant frameworks.
不正アクセス・漏洩・滅失・毀損等を防ぐため、アクセス者の限定、二要素認証等の有効化、委託先の適切な選定、アクセス権限の最小化と定期見直し、社内ルールの整備を行います。
To prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss or damage, we limit who can access data, enable measures such as two-factor authentication, select processors carefully, minimize and regularly review access rights, and maintain internal rules.
当社ウェブサイトやアンケートフォーム等では、利用状況の分析・改善のため Cookie 等を使用することがあります。

利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、最終接触日から5年間保管し、経過後は速やかに削除または匿名化します。法令上保管が義務付けられる情報は当該期間保管します。

当社イベントは18歳未満の方は保護者同伴のもとご参加いただきます。18歳未満の個人情報は保護者の同意を得て取得し、未成年から提供された情報は保護者の同意のもと提供されたものとみなします。
Minors under 18 may attend our events accompanied by a guardian. We collect minors’ information with guardian consent, and treat information provided by minors as provided with guardian consent.
法令や事業内容の変更等に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容はウェブサイト掲載時から効力を生じます。重要な変更はウェブサイトや LINE公式アカウント等でご案内します。
We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or our business. Revisions take effect when posted on our website. We will announce material changes on our website and via our LINE Official Account.
